Descendant Registration Form
Descendant registration is available to the lineal descendants (e.g., the children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, etc.) of Datoh Kulup Lembang. Registration gives us the opportunity to communicate with descendants on items of potential interest and assists us in making future planning decisions. The information provided will remain confidential and used only for communication purposes, unless otherwise approved by the registrant.
